ADHD One exists because getting an ADHD diagnosis should not take six months and three referrals. We built this practice for adults who know something is off but keep running into walls trying to get help.

Most ADHD services either move too slow or cut too many corners. Long waitlists. Rushed evaluations. Providers who treat ADHD as an afterthought. We saw that and decided to do it differently.

What We Do

We provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing medication management for adults. That is our entire focus. We do not spread ourselves thin across a dozen specialties. We do one thing and we do it well.

Every appointment happens over secure video with a licensed provider who specializes in ADHD. Your first evaluation is thorough -- typically 45 to 60 minutes -- because a proper diagnosis requires more than a five-minute checklist. If ADHD is confirmed, your provider works with you to find the right medication and dose. Follow-up visits keep treatment on track.

We also offer Creyos cognitive testing and GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing for patients who want data-driven treatment decisions. These are optional tools that help your provider match you with medications that are more likely to work based on how your brain actually processes them.

Who We Are

ADHD One was founded by Daniel Tan, MD -- a physician who saw firsthand how many adults fall through the cracks of the mental health system. Not because they do not need help, but because the system was not designed with them in mind.

Our clinical team includes board-certified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) licensed across multiple states. Every provider on the team has specific training in adult ADHD and stays current on the latest evidence-based treatments. When you book an appointment with ADHD One, you are seeing someone who understands ADHD -- not a general practitioner who sees it twice a year.

Where We Operate

ADHD One serves patients across multiple states through our network of local psychiatric clinics. Because every appointment is conducted over secure video, you get the same level of care whether you are in Las Vegas, Denver, Tucson, or Charlotte.

Your provider is licensed in the state where you live. Your prescriptions go to your local pharmacy. And if you ever need in-person care -- labs, EKGs, anything that requires a physical exam -- we coordinate with providers near you.

We are actively expanding into new states. If we are not in your state yet, check back or call us -- we may be closer than you think.

How We Are Different

There are a lot of online ADHD services out there. Here is what sets us apart:

  • Speed without shortcuts. Same-day and same-week appointments are available. But we never rush evaluations. Fast access does not mean sloppy care.
  • Real providers, real credentials. Every clinician on our team is a licensed prescriber with ADHD-specific training. No chatbots. No questionnaire-only diagnoses.
  • Ongoing management, not one-and-done. ADHD is a lifelong condition. We provide continuous medication management with regular follow-up visits -- not just a prescription and a wave goodbye.
  • Insurance accepted. We work with major insurance plans in most states. No surprise bills. No $300 cash-only consults.
  • Local roots. Our providers practice through established local clinics, not a faceless national app. You get the convenience of an online visit with the accountability of a real medical practice.

Why ADHD in Adults Matters

Most people think of ADHD as a childhood condition. It is not. An estimated 4.4 percent of American adults have ADHD, and the majority were never diagnosed as children. They spent years thinking they were lazy, careless, or just not trying hard enough.

Undiagnosed ADHD in adults leads to real consequences: job loss, financial problems, relationship breakdowns, anxiety, depression. These are not character flaws. They are symptoms of a neurological condition that responds well to treatment when properly diagnosed.

That is why we exist. Not to hand out prescriptions, but to give adults an honest evaluation and a clear path forward.
