Altera Health P.C., a Wyoming professional corporation doing business as ADHDOne and its network of locally branded psychiatric practices (collectively, "ADHDOne," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operates ADHDOne.com as a resource for individuals seeking ADHD evaluation and treatment. ADHDOne connects patients with locally branded psychiatric practices within the Altera Health P.C. network for clinical care.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the collection, processing, use, storage, and disclosure of information obtained through your access to or use of our website, screening tools, contact forms, and any other services operated by ADHDOne (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. What We Collect

We collect: (a) automatically collected technical data (IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, session data); (b) information you provide through screening tools (ADHD assessment responses and scores); (c) contact information you submit (name, email, phone number, state, insurance information, preferred contact method); and (d) referral and attribution data (how you found our website).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide ADHD screening results; (b) connect you with a local clinic within our network for evaluation and treatment; (c) communicate with you about scheduling and next steps; (d) improve our website and services; and (e) comply with applicable laws.

3. Internal Data Sharing

Important: ADHDOne and all locally branded clinics (such as Silver State Mental Health, Rise Higher, Triad MH Partners, and others) are trade names of Altera Health P.C.. When you submit your information through ADHDOne, it is shared with the local clinic brand in your area for the purpose of scheduling and providing clinical care. This is an internal transfer within the same legal entity -- your information is NOT shared with any third party. The local clinic that contacts you is part of the same organization as ADHDOne.

4. SMS/MMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages, the same SMS terms apply as described in our full Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not required to receive care. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile telephone numbers will NOT be sold, leased, or shared with any third party.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Microsoft (Bing) Advertising, to measure website performance, analyze user behavior in aggregate, and improve the Services. The screening tools and Services on ADHDOne are intended for individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must use the Services on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact info@adhdone.com and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know what information we collect; request deletion of your information; opt out of data sales (we do not sell data); correct inaccurate information; and exercise these rights without discrimination. 9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our website, access controls, and ongoing efforts to evaluate and improve our security practices. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law. Screening results and contact information are retained to facilitate your connection with a local clinic. You may request deletion of your information by contacting info@adhdone.com, subject to our legal retention obligations.

11. Automated Decision-Making

The ADHD screening tool on ADHDOne uses a standardized scoring algorithm (WHO ASRS v1.1 Part A) to generate screening results. These results are informational only and are NOT a medical diagnosis. No automated system makes clinical decisions about your care. All clinical decisions are made by licensed providers at the local clinic you are connected with.

12. Modifications to This Policy

We may modify this Policy at any time by posting the revised version with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
